I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The rooms were exquisite, tastefully furnished, and spacious, with comfy beds and lots of extras. The service was top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff. The location was perfect, just a short walk from Sannomiya station. The dining experience was wonderful, complemented by a lovely view from the upper floor lobby. Overall, a great value for the money.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The rooms were a delight even though it was very busy, clean, and designed to perfection. They were spacious and very comfortable, accommodating five of us very comfortably – we didn't want to leave. The service was fantastic, although they need to get more used to dealing with foreign tourists. The location was excellent, just a ten-minute walk from Sannomiya Station, and right in the middle of the most luxurious part of Kobe. The dining experience was exceptional, with very good quality food and an amazing champagne breakfast with a view. Overall, a superb stay with a few minor hiccups.

Yukata & pyjamas provided added a nice touch to the stay. However, the dustiness was a minor issue in an otherwise cozy room.
